How to Book

  1. Enter your address to see if we service your area.
  2. Choose the type of clean you want to book.
  3. Enter details of the home. For example the number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
  4. Add as many, or as few "Add Ons" as you like. The Quote generator is located on the right-hand side of the screen - so you know exactly how much is being added to your bill.
  5. Complete the COVID Screening questions.
  6. Provide details on how to enter and any special instructions or notes. If you have anything you need to tell the staff directly, this is the place to do it!
  7. Choose a date and time that works best for you. We do have some hidden availability we reserve for real estate agents/ emergency cleans etc. We could possibly offer you one of these if you don't see an available spot.
  8. To pay or add a tip - a hold is placed on the account before service to secure funds. Payment is only processed after cleaning is completed. Tips go directly to the staff that completed your service.

COVID-19 Procedures and Screening

Top Dog takes the health and safety of our clients and employees seriously. In order to ensure that we continue to run a safe environment, we ask all clients to answer pre-screening questions prior to confirmation of their booking.  Top Dog reserves the right to refuse service based on the responses provided.  If your situation changes between the time of booking and your appointment, please contact Top Dog immediately at [email protected]

Top Dog is taking the following steps to ensure safety for all clients and staff:

  • Daily staff COVID screening
  • Wearing masks
  • Wearing gloves
  • Using Health Canada approved cleaners
  • Completion of training certification from Occupational Health and Safety Canada
  • Respecting the 6 ft social distancing rule
  • Ensuring regular hand washing and hygiene practices are followed by all staff
